"This hotel was emmaculate. My sleeping quarters were more than I expected. I have stayed at Crowne Plaza's Atlanta and New York locations and I must say, " the Virginia Beach location tops them both". I was in town for the funeral of a very close friend and the last thing I needed was the hassel of staying in an establishment with poor customer service. I did have a problem getting service for dinner and drinks in the bar on the evening of arrival; however, I moved over to restaurant and the staff there was awesome. April (front desk) was great. She allowed me to check out an hour later so I could have time to prepare my military uniform prior to the memorial service. I would recommend Crown Plaza to all of my family and friends."
