"The following are examples of the excellent customer service that we received during our last visit:
- when we arrived before check-in, they checked to see if the room was ready and then made accomodations for us to change into our bathing suites.
- friendly staff, even the maids said hello when we past them in the halls
- lots of towels by the pool"

"They paid special attention to the kids that stayed in their hotel. They had popcorn and a movie by the pool. They gave the kids snow cones and ice cream floats. It was extra special for my grandkids. Overall we had a great time!"
